Welcome to Stirling Community Care
The City of Stirling, with support from the State and Commonwealth Governments, has been providing aged care services in the home and community for more than 35 years. We are a provider of services for Home Care Package (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). Our services include home support, transport, home delivered meals, day clubs, social activities and carer respite.
Cessation to Home Care Package (HCP) and NDIS services In 2021, the City of Stirling undertook a review of all Stirling Community Care services. After careful consideration the City had found that it is no longer best placed to provide services under the NDIS, and have ceased to deliver NDIS services on 31 December 2021. The review also identified the need to adapt the City’s aged care support services to better align with our role as a Local Government. As a result, the City will cease to be a registered HCP provider, effective 31 December 2022. Find out more information |
